2012 Quad City Hitmen Classic Global NIT Online Registration Form
Thank you for registering for the 2012 Quad City Hitmen Classic Global NIT tournament! We would ask that you submit this online registration form. Receipt of the registration fee will reserve your spot in the field. The fee for ages U8 through U14 is $375. A pre-paid gate for of $150/team is also required. Fees should be sent to:

Please be sure to include a note with the payment indicating your team, age bracket and USSSA registration number.

All teams must be registered/sanctioned with USSSA. We will need your USSSA sanction number to complete your registration. Feel free to register for the tournament and send us the sanction number as soon as it is sent to you. Fill out the USSSA sanction form by clicking here and sending it to the address listed. There is a one-time, yearly fee of $25 for this.
